During October, local artist Susan Haas will share her nature photography taken throughout the US and Nova Scotia. Ms. Haas’s works have been shown throughout the northeast including: MA, CT & NY, delighting viewers with unusual glimpses of nature and country life. Among her historic photographic collections are: antiques, trains, mailboxes and stonewalls which add an unexpected treasury of time slipping into the past.
You are invited to join Ms. Haas for the ~Opening Reception~ at the Somers Library Art Gallery on Monday, October 7th from 5:00 to 8:00 pm to view her works and to meet the artist. Refreshments will be served. To check viewing times, please call the Library at 914-232-5717.
