Planning Board Meeting

Yorktown planning board members will meet on Dec. 23 at 7:30 p.m. at the Yorktown Community and Cultural Center, in room 104.

Christmas Eve Service, Pageant

The First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown will hold a family-oriented Christmas Eve service on Dec. 24 at 4 p.m. It will also feature the children of the church in a Christmas Pageant. Church officials are welcoming everyone, regardless of race, ethnic or religious background, gender, gender orientation, or economic status.

Seven Fishes for Christmas Eve

Chef Tom Cuomo, of Don Tommaso's Bistro Italiano in Yorktown, is offerring its annual Seven Fishes for Christmas Eve. The cost is $29 per person, which includes 3-courses. Call 914.302.7900 for reservations.

Christmas Music, Candlelight Service

Join the First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown for Christmas music on Dec. 24 at 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. and a traditional Christmas Eve candlelight service at 7:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. The church is located at 2880 Crompond Road.

Town Offices Closed

All town offices and libraries will be closed for Christmas on Dec. 25.

Hunting or Fishing Licenses

No hunting or fishing licenses will be sold between Dec. 26 and Jan. 2 due to the Department of Environmental Conservation Automated Licensing System (DECALS) being down for a transition to a new system.

Singing Storytellers at Somers Library

Singing Storytellers Uncle Eye and Julia will rock the Somers Library on Friday, Dec. 27 at 3 p.m. for a humorous, interactive fun for the whole family. All ages are welcome. No registration is necessary. This program will be limited to Somers residents.
