Yorktown Leos Volunteer to Clean Up Patriot Garden
Yorktown Leo Club members help clean up the Patriot Garden and the area in front of Town Hall.
Members of the Yorktown Leo Club gathered over the weekend to help clean up the Patriot Garden, located behind the Yorktown Town Hall, as well as clean up the area in front of Town Hall.
They prepared the ground for spring planting, councilman Vishnu Patel said. President of the Yorktown Leos Meghan McGowan coordinated the event.
The Yorktown Leo Club is a community service club for the youth in town sponsored by the Yorktown Lions. Members have worked with every community service and non-profit organization in town.
