1. Building Permit Fees
Agreed to amend the law setting building permit fees in order to eliminate the current penalty for beginning construction work before the building permit is issued.

2. Water Department issues
Asked Water Superintendent Rambo to work with the Joint Water Works to do a statistical analysis of the savings generated by the installation of the 2,000 new Flexnet meters. 3. Store directory sign for Underhill Plaza
Reviewed a sketch of a proposed monument sign listing the tenants that would be located on town-owned property.

4. Senior Advisory Committee
Committee members discussed the need for security at the YCCC and alternatives to an Are You Okay type program to contact homebound seniors.

5. Highway garage project
Supervisor Grace said he expected to ask the Town Board for $20,000-$25,000 for a Phase II study for the proposed project that had been unveiled earlier in the day at a press conference at the Chamber of Commerce office.

6. Finance Update
Comptroller Caporale provided the Board with three summary reports: trial balance of cash on hand, revenue and expense. The reports were tracking the budget.

July 2:  for a hearing on the Sustainable Energy Financing Program
August 6:  for the Dog Park, and an excavation permit for the Yeshiva Settlement for the installation of a solar panel array.
