Yorktown Natives Make College Dean's Lists

Several local students have been named to their college's Dean's List for Fall 2012 for outstanding academic achievements:

Justin Vercruysse of Yorktown Heights has been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester.

Skidmore College

Ashley King, a member of the class of 2015, earned term honors for the fall semester. She is the daughter of Richard and Marie King of Yorktown Heights.

Morrisville State College

Molly Young of Yorktown was named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2012 semester.

Springfield College

Christina Leader of Yorktown Heights. She is studying Movement and Sport Stud.

Daniel Fay of Yorktown Heights. He is studying Health Sci/ Pre-PT.

Ithaca College

Matthew Fedro, a resident of Yorktown Heights and a junior Clinical Health Studies major, was named to the Dean's List in Ithaca College's School of Health Sciences and Human Performance for the fall 2012 semester.

University of Mary Washington

Holly Perucci of Yorktown Heights was named to the university's Dean's List for the fall semester of the 2012-13 academic year.

Mount St. Mary's University

Justin Keeney, from Yorktown Heights is among the 555 students who earned dean's list honors for the fall 2012 semester.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute

Mariah Seaboldt of Yorktown Heights is a senior majoring in civil engineering.

Millersville University

Jacob Pironi, of Yorktown has been named to Millersville University of Pennsylvania's Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester. The 1,603 students named to Millersville University's fall 2012 Dean's List earned a semester grade-point-average of 3.50 or higher and attempted at least 12 credits of course work.

Wake Forest University

Jordan Strober was among over 1900 students from Wake Forest University who made the Fall 2012 Dean's List.

Hartwick College

Kieran Keenaghan, junior, is majoring in history.
