Commissioner of Westchester County Department of Senior Services to Hold "Meet and Greet" For Yorktown Seniors
The Yorktown Senior Advisory Committee is sponsoring a special event for Yorktown senior residents.
Mae Carpenter, Commissioner of Westchester County Department of Senior Services will be speaking to all Yorktown seniors and interested persons this Friday, October 22 at the Yorktown Stage theater at the Yorktown Community and Cultural Center, 1974 Commerce Street in Yorktown Heights.
The program starts at 10 a.m. with a "Meet and Greet" in the Senior Club Room where light refreshments will be served before the program. After that, Carpenter will present information about Westchester programs and services, relevant to seniors.
