Yorktown Teen Faces Marijuana Sale Charges Following Undercover Investigation

Following an undercover drug investigation, police arrested a 19-year-old Yorktown man for selling marijuana, police said.

Robert D. Reichert was arrested on June 27 and charged with two counts of criminal sale of marijuana, a misdemeanor.

Police said an undercover officer bought marijuana from Reichert on two separate occasions – in March and April, 2013. The man was identified as the suspect and when he appeared in Yorktown Town Court for an unrelated court appearance, he was arrested.

Reichert was held on $5,000 bail and since he was unable to post it, he was sent to the Westchester County Jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 8.
