New York State Police charged a 24-year-old Yorktown Heights resident with Driving While Intoxicated at 11:30 p.m. May 18.
He was found to be driving while intoxicated when troopers investigated an accident on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the Town of Mount Pleasant.
He provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .13% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to Town of Mount Pleasant Court on June 12, 2014 at 09:30 am.
