I am the parent of the 19 year old that was hit. While it is true that his injuries were not life threatening, you, Mr. Lobo, had no way of knowing that as you drove away, leaving my son on the ground with his injuries. His broken arm, bruises and burns have healed. We are thankful that it wasn't any worse. Your behavior concerning the life of another is in need of some serious changes.

Obviously Mr. Lobo hasn't changed at all. He left my son for dead on a sidewalk in Yorktown with bleeding to the brain and severe facial damage. Hopefully the courts will see this time that this young man has serious issues and needs to be locked up before he kills someone!!!!!
