A 39-year-old Yorktown Heights man was charged with drunken driving after police stopped him for speeding, state Police from the Stormville barracks said.
He was arrested on Nov. 20 at around 1:20 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
The man provided a positive breath sample which yielded a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, police said in a statement. He was scheduled to appear before the Town of Putnam Valley Justice Court on Nov. 26.
