Yorktown Cops: Man, 24, Carried Stun Gun, Gravity Knife

A 24-year-old New Rochelle man was arrested on felony charges following a car accident on Mohansic Avenue in Yorktown, police said. 

Nicholas DiMargo was identified as one of the drivers involved in the accident on Aug. 26. Investigation revealed the man was in possession of a stun gun and a gravity knife, police said. 

He was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies.

DiMargo was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $15,000. He was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Aug. 29.
