Santa is Coming to Town with Yorktown Fire Department

Santa will be making his annual trip around town with the Yorktown Heights Fire Department volunteer firefighters on Sunday, Dec. 15 starting at 8:45 a.m. to hand out candy canes and spread some good old holiday cheer.

"The letters have been read and the list is just about checked for the second time to see who is naughty or nice," Yorktown firefighters said. "Even with Santa's busy schedule he once again accepted our invitation to come to Yorktown Heights and help the firefighters hand out candy canes to our residents."

All route times are approximate, and residents should be aware that all fire apparatus are in full service and may be answering alarms as they come in throughout the day, possibly affecting route times.

Children and adults should stay off the road until the truck has come to a complete stop and it is parked.
