Yorktown Police report the arrest of George P. Oglesby of 110 Nelson Avenue, Peekskill, NY on a charge of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a class E felony.
Police allege that Oglesby, 48, took a wallet containing credit cards and personal identification of the victim from a home in Yorktown Heights on Marcy 1, and used the credit cards to make unauthorized purchases from stores in Mohegan Lake, NY.
Following processing on the charge, Oglesby was issued an appearance ticket and released on $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court April 10.
