An upstate New York man is accused of forcibly grabbing a woman's butt while they were both patrons at in Yorktown, said.

John O'Brien, 53 of Broadalbin, NY, was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor, following the April 28 incident.

Police were summoned to the restaurant at about 12:55 a.m. to investigate a report by a female patron of the bar who alleged she was inappropriately touched. The woman alleged the defendant, who was later identified as O'Brien, had first touched her thigh and about 15 minutes later allegedly grabbed her butt.

Murphy's is a dump. Terrible food and service. Go to Southside for good food, especially the boneless wings.
