Police: Man, 19, Steals iPhone from Teen

Brandon G. Faul was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Feb. 14.

A 19-year-old Lake Peekskill man has been charged with a felony for stealing an iPhone from another teen, Yorktown police said.

Brandon G. Faul was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with a fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. 

Police were dispatched to the Jefferson Valley Mall where Faul had stolen an iPhone from a 16-year-old Mahopac resident. 

Faul was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Feb. 14.

First of all, I don't understand why teachers are paying for anything out of pocket when the supply…Read More lists that parents receive at the end of the summer are as long as their arms. Secondly, SOCIETY lets the kids down?!?!? I think the school taxes in Yorktown should be sufficient so that the teachers don't have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses. SOCIETY does not let the kids down, it is those who are in control of the school tax monies who let the kids down. Perhaps the administrators should take salary cuts, or maybe we should even eliminate some of those administrative positions. No teacher should have to pay for supplies out of pocket.
