Election thoughts

Why does Yorktown deserve a part time supervisor who is selling this town away and who doesn't even believe in Zoning laws? This part time Supervisor runs his law practice from across the street from the Town Hall and the Grace building is almost our town hall annex. The supervisor gets paid a full time salary but doesn't work full time and yet he doesn't see irony of his recent budget request to cut the Highway Supervisors salary while not adjust his own salary downwards.
Why should the voters allow Mr. Murphy another term when all he has done is run and grow his own fortunes and used his councilman’s position to try to grow his businesses. Why should we have a Town councilman who runs a business that sells alcohol to minors and who’s bar is a magnet for noise and underage drinking?
