Journaling 101: A Monthly Workshop for Women with Cancer

Robin Perlmutter, LMSW, Support Connection's Clinical Director and a cancer survivor, will lead "Journaling 101 for Women with Cancer." This monthly workshop offered on the 2nd Tuesday of every month is based on the work of Kathleen Adams, whose emphasis is on the benefits of Journaling as a tool for healing. There are numerous ways that creating a journal can help one cope, draw strength, clarity and wisdom from her experience. Participants will learn techniques for using the written word and art to give form to their journey with cancer. No prior writing experience is necessary. For beginners as well as experienced journalers. Participants are welcome to come monthly or to drop in as desired.  All materials will be provided. This program is open to women with cancer. To learn more or to pre-register (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED)
