How is the "Yorktown Heights" dog run located in "Mohegan Lake?" We, Mohegan Lake, are are one of the five business hamlets under the "Yorktown" umbrella; "Yorktown Heights" is another hamlet. I think the correct headline is: "Yorktown Dog Run Opens In Mohegan Lake: Many Yorktown Heights residents expected to utilize it." SaveMoheganLake.com

Don't worry, it's not just you, we get snubbed all the time. We're used to it.

And for the record, I love dog runs. Glad I have one less than five minutes away. I came from the City where civilized people have a dog run unique to each community.

This is a terrific opportunity for local residents and their pets. My new blog post entitled "Helpful Tips for Using the Dog Park" will hopefully help to make the dog park experience safer and more enjoyable for both dog and owner: http://yorktown-somers.patch.com/groups/sr-dog-training-llcs-blog/p/helpful-tips-for-using-the-dog-park
