Introduction Class



This very unique & gentle, yet powerful movement meditation style is
based on the premise that movement is what we are as well as something we
do.  Continuum is a very fluid movement
meditation work that employs various breathing, soundings & movement
sequences in order for us to dive deeper into our awareness, creativity &
self-expression of our bodies and minds.



This FREE three part class can benefit people of all walks of life, ages and
levels of movement & meditation experience.

Led by Melanie Gambino who has been practicing and teaching movement for
over 30 years.  She has taught classes in
Continuum in a variety of venues from theater, dance and performing art schools
to local high schools and hospitals.  
Presently Melanie teaches a variety of Health & Wellness, dance,
movement and theater arts classes at the Harvey school and teaches Continuum in
the dance department at SUNY Purchase.    



This series is free but seating is limited and registration is
