Yorktown Make up Artist Wins Two Bridal Awards

Meredith Hayman has received the "Wedding Wire's 2013 Bride's Choice" and The Knot's "2013 Best Of Weddings" awards.

Yorktown resident and make up artist Meredith Hayman has received two prestigious bridal awards.

She was awarded for the fifth consecutive year the "Wedding Wire’s 2013 Bride’s Choice" award as well as The Knot’s "2013 Best Of Weddings" award for Westchester County and the Hudson Valley.

"I am so grateful that my brides took the time to write about me and honor me with these distinctions," Hayman said. "I always strive to provide each of my brides with the most professional and personalized service, and I’m thrilled with these accolades and for having such wonderful client reviews on both Wedding Wire and The Knot."

Hayman is one of the most recommended bridal makeup artists in Westchester County and the Hudson Valley. She has worked in all aspects of makeup artistry including bridal, instructional, television, print and retail. She specializes in private lessons and group workshops.  

Some of the professionals she has worked with include Trish McEvoy and Bobbi Brown and was hand-selected to launch Linda Cantello's makeup line in Bergdorf Goodman.

Hayman's work has been featured on VH1, MTV, and Bravo. Her credits also include ABC “The View”, Spike TV, and CMT. She has worked with celebrities including Christie Brinkley, Channing Tatum, and Perez Hilton. In addition to being a beauty blogger for Patch.com and Bijou, the woman has also been a featured beauty expert in Westchester Magazine, WAG, Shape Magazine, The National Inquirer and The New York Post.
