A new self-serve frozen yogurt shop is preparing to open up on Route 6 in Mohegan Lake.
"Peachwave Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt Coming Soon" is what a sign placed on the shop's window reads.
The store is located at 1821 East Main Street in Mohegan Lake – in the same plaza as the Sprint store and Niles Floors and Blinds (across the street from St. Mary's Church).
"Peachwave provides its customers to serve from a soft-serve machine with their choice of frozen yogurt flavors with freshly prepared natural fruits and other healthful toppings through an exceptionally efficient operation," according to information posted on the company's website. "Self-serving model gives customers opportunity to create their own treats their way providing ultimate choices and totally new fun experience."
Other Peachwave Frozen Yogurt shop locations in the area include Armonk, Brewster, Hartsdale and Mt. Kisco.
