Patch: How long have you been in the Yorktown area?

Marc Pozit: I’ve been working here for three years.
Patch: What’s the best thing about your bar/restaurant?
MP: The atompshere, the customers, the employees. It’s why I come in, and that’s the truth.
Patch: What’s your bar’s most popular drink?
MP: Bud Light, it flows out of here.
Patch: What is your personal favorite drink?
MP: Johnny Walker Black, on the rocks.
Patch: What’s your craziest bar story?
MP: Craziest? That can’t be publicized. But one time I was here when I wasn’t behind the bar and I ended up in a shopping cart in the parking lot. We used it to chauffer me around and we pulled up to the drive-in window at the bar and they gave me a bottle of scotch. It was a lot of fun.
Patch: Any advice for customers on getting your attention on a busy night?
MP: Patience. I’ll see you if you are here.
Patch: In your opinion, what attributes does it take to make a great bartender?
MP: Personality. Someone who can adapt to whichever customer that walks through the door. Just someone who’s multi-dimensional; someone who likes to talk, but not too much.
