Tanay Bhandarkar Troop 165 Newest Eagle Scout.
Tanay Bhandarkar is the newest Eagle Scout in Troop 165.
His Eagle project was to build 20 book cases for the Teach 2 Learn Organization (T2L) aims to increase educational opportunities and foster academic growth.The bookcases are being housed at homeless shelters, where occupants have access to all sorts of books, promoting T2L's mission of encouraging education.
Troop sponsor is First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown.
