Eagle Scout Investiture Ceremony foe Eagle Scout Victor Emmanuel Monge

BSA Troop 165 Eagle Scout Investiture Ceremony.

On June 14, 2014 Victor Emmanuel Monge received Scouting’s highest award Eagle Scout.

His Eagle project consisted of building a trail Kiosk for Sylvan Glen Park Preserve.

The purpose of the Kiosk is to display trail and park information. Over the course of five weekends he and his fellow scouts and elder leaders completed Kiosk project. He had to dig Two each four feet holes to place Kiosk which took entire day’s digging. In addition, Victor also removed 500 ft. of silt fencing along the Yorktown Trailway.

Yorktown Councilman Vishnu Patel presented Certificate of Achievement to newly minted Eagle Scout Victor Emmanuel Monge on behalf of Town of Yorktown.
