Assistive Technology in the Workforce; Police Building Exterior Renovation

1) Guiding Eyes for the Blind has partnered with Verizon to present an insightful seminar on assistive technology in the workforce.  The event, open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Guiding Eyes’ Headquarters and Training facility, located at 611 Granite Springs Road in Yorktown Heights. 2) Sealed bids for the Somers Police Building Exterior Renovation project will be received by the town of Somers until 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9 at the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Somers, Town House, 335 Route 202, Somers, New York, 10589.
