A 24-year-old Yorktown woman is facing a drunken driving charge after damaging her car on the Taconic State Parkway, state police said.
Police responded to a property damage accident on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown on Jan. 11 at about 2:57 a.m. Investigation revealed the woman was driving while intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content level of .13 percent.
The woman was charged with driving while intoxicated. She was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Jan. 23.
