Nancy Haywood Semcken, Neighbor

Diane Aurora, the founder of the Acts of Praise Drama Ministry, studied voice at the Music Conservatory of Westchester, performed in major roles for the Yorktown Regional Theatre, has been a motivational speaker to fellow breast cancer survivors, has performed as a soloist in the Christian music field, and has written 5 plays: The gift, The Decision, No Time?, Welcome to Bunny Town, and The Covenant, coming in October.

Nancy Haywood Semcken is a veteran of 7 Broadway shows, off-Broadway, TV, commercials and Summer Stock.  Her proudest moment was co-starring with Donald O'Connor in Vegas, Tahoe and opening for him in 1997 at Foxwoods.  She will be seen soon as "Sarah" in the film Abraham and Sarah to be released in the near future.  Nancy has lent her editing and writing sklls to the productions of the Acts of Praise Drama Ministry
