Doesn't anyone care about wildlife anymore? How can someone complain about deer eating their plants?…Read More They have a right to live the same as anyone does. Development has taken so much of their habitat away...so is the answer to kill them because there are too many of them and they are eating people's plants? I think this is an outrage and this county should get its priorities straight!

You must be a real hoot when the Girl Scouts ring your bell selling Girl Scout cookies.
The YCSD…Read More is looking for the sports clubs to patch holes in their budget. Maintenace fee? Have you seen the school fields lately? The only reason they are somewhat useable is because of the volunteer work done by the parents whose kids play on them.

Just bought 4 boxes from my neighbors daughter. But it was MY choice. It was my disposable income.…Read More If my school taxes did not help support sports clubs I would have some additional disposable income to use as I see fit and possibly buy more cookies. That's the who;e point.
No I must admit I have not seen the fields lately but, maybe thats why the School District needs to invoke it's fiduciary responsibility by increasing fees so that it can maintain the fields to the level you would find acceptable.

Absolutely nothing. Thomas' comment does not offer a contrary opinion, or even a knowledgeable…Read More critique of martial arts; instead, he represents another stellar example of the thorough mind scouring that the American Taliban (i.e. the Christian Right) has perpetrated on a vast segment of contemporary American society.
Someday Thomas may read a book other than the Bible, perhaps he'll discover some of the fine Christian thinkers such as Dietrich Bonhoeffer, or consider the historical crimes perpetrated upon indigenous peoples in the name of J.C., or maybe one day his conscience will simply and miraculously alight to the realization that he's been utterly, thoroughly and completely wrong in his world view.
But until that day comes, he's entitled to his opinion, as am I.

Very true! Months back, I started noticing a change in my son’s character. He was growing to…Read More be practically scared of everything around him. I later learned that he was developing a sense of phobia and inferiority complex in him that he was too weak to defend himself from his schoolmates who found it interesting to bully him physically and mentally. I grew worried about this and desperately looked around for a solution. That is when I happened to hear about Classical Martial Arts Centre in Toronto. After having enrolled at the Classical Martial Arts Centre, my son has never been the same. He is confident and mentally strong now. He is focused and is doing pretty well in his academics. He now knows how to defend himself and is no longer scared of anything around him. The meditation classes that he attended there have worked out for the best. Certainly, karate can boost the confidence level in children!
