Earning his B.F.A. and M.A.T. from Manhattanville College, Mark has been a professor of fine art since 1983.  As a faculty member at Pace University and as a guest lecturer for many organizations, his areas of expertise are drawing, painting, art history, and architectural drawing.

Mark began to take commissions even while still finishing his degrees.  Early exploratory works were from travels to Arizona, California and Hawaii; now his subject matter gravitates to the historical beauty of New York and New England. Skill in classical drawing and composition is shown in his seascapes, landscapes and architectural themes.  Inspiration comes to him from the study of the boundless splendor and order of nature.  Combining his training in both art and architecture, he is best known for his attention to fine detail.
