Yorktown Lions Club to Kick off 2012 Summer Concert Series on Sunday

The Yorktown Lions Club will kick-off their 18th annual Summer Concert Series 2012 at the Jack DeVito memorial gazebo in Yorktown on Sunday, June 17. Thousands of people are expected to come out to enjoy good music, friends and food.

The evening, which falls on Father's Day, will feature Desert Highway A Tribute to the Eagles.

Sunday, July 1 – “Simply Diamond” – Neil Diamond Tribute

Sunday, July 15 - “Tom Chapin” – In Concert

Sunday, July 29 - “Stayin’ Alive” – Bee Gees Tribute

Sunday, August 12 - “Alter Ego” – Music from 60’s to present

Sunday, August 26 – “Show Time Dance Band” – 9 Piece Group

All concerts are free and are from 6-8 p.m. Concert location is at the Jack DeVito Memorial Gazebo located behind the  on Veterans Road. In case of inclement weather, concerts will be indoors at , 1974 Commerce Street in Yorktown Heights.
