The Somers Meals on Wheels Program is looking for volunteers to help deliver hot meals to area citizen seniors who are unable to get out on their own.
The program currently serves more than 100 people and it couldn’t operate without its devoted volunteers.
Volunteers leave Van Tassell House at 11 a.m. Monday through Friday to deliver meals. Routes range between 1 and 2 hours each. Volunteers who can deliver meals to Heritage Hills are needed.
