The fundraiser "Who has the best pizza in Yorktown?" and the final judging will take place at the Yorktown Elks Lodge on March 25.

The Christopher Columbus Society is hosting their second annual fundraiser "Who has the best pizza in Yorktown?" and the final judging will take place at the Yorktown Elks Lodge on March 25.

Up to 12 applications will be accepted from local pizza shops until March 24.

Money raised from the participants' entry fee and the public paying at the door will go toward the Christopher Columbus Society's scholarship fund, which according to Frank Cimino will be used to keep the Society sustained and promote Italian heritage and culture in the Yorktown area.
