Well, it's here! The evening that everyone has been talking about and waiting for!
walls have heard rehearsals Sunday night, and they were impressed! With music from 1912 - 2012, the talent, whether seasoned or raw, will surely knock socks off.
The event will bring some special guests, including a Mr. Roger Heins, who is the First Cousin twice removed of George Lewis Heins, the man whose life inspired the construction of The Old Stone Church. Mr. David Kyle, born in 1919, prominent science fiction writer and pioneer of that genre will represent our first decade and Mr. Enrico DeChiaro, Father of the owners of The Winery at St. George, WWII Vet and born in 1923 will represent the 2nd decade.
The demand for the sellout performance has been so great that and ENCORE PERFORMACE is in the works for Wednesday, June 18 at 8 p.m. Tickets are already on sale at www.thewineryatstgeorge.com
The new book entitled "One Hundred Years in the Making... A history of the Old Stone Church is due out sometime in summer 2012.
