Planning Board Reviews JV Mall Plan

Planning Board reviewed JV Mall renovation plans for building, parking lot and Route 6 berm. Also postponed approving proposed dome at Navajo Fields pending more information and DEC feedback.

1. Jefferson Valley Mall
Based on a presentation of the proposed renovation plans, the Board will send the Town Board a memo in support of the amended site plan. The same presentation will be made at the Town Board’s September 24 meeting.
 
2. Creative Living/Navajo Fields
The Board decided to postpone approving the proposed dome site plan pending the applicant submitting additional site plan information plus feedback from the DEC on several unresolved wetlands issues dating back to the Town's February, 2012 wetlands permit.
 
3. Savannah’s Restaurant (Route 202)
The Board approved the amended site plan.
