Meeting highlights.  For a summary of all agenda items, visit ciyinfo.org

1. Competition Carting
The Board has several concerns  with a proposed site plan that would allow the company to park its garbage trucks and have a temporary trailer as an office on a leased site just off Richard Place and Front Street. The company will return to the Board in two weeks prior to a public hearing by the ZBA.

2. Fieldstone Manor (Strawberry Road)
Two unresolved issues for this 21 unit subdivision are the future status of the existing ballfield (should it be given to the town or kept by the homeowner’s association) and how the tower would/could be used if the town took ownership of it.

3. Lake Osceola Square The Board will send a memo to the ZBA in support of three variances the applicant requires as part of the mixed use site plan that has the support of the Planning Board.

4. Winery
The Board reviewed a revised site plan that eliminates parking on town owned land and which closely follows the site plan that was approved by the Planning Board in 2012 as part of the applicant’s special use permit. The applicant cannot get a CO until the Town Board approves the amended site plan
