The Yorktown Huskers have clinched first place in the fourth grade B division of the Brewster Sports Center Super League with a 10-2 record, given them the No. 1 seed for the playoffs.

Indoor field-hockey
One big reason why the Lakeland Hornets are three-time defending state champions in field hockey is because they play the sport year-round.
They are doing just that in the Hudson Valley Indoor Field Hockey League being held at the Brewster Sports Center this winter.
Lakeland A and Lakeland C will be in action this Sunday, Feb. 26 when they play Rye and Pawling.
Baseball players needed

The American Legion is looking for a few players to join their 19U, 17U and 15U travel baseball teams. Candidates must be dedicated to the team and possess exceptional baseball skills.
