Mindful Eating - Natalie Dalessio-Gruneberg will discuss basic nutrition information, learning to become aware of hunger cues, recipe modification and to learn to practice compassion with regard to their food choices and themselves. The program will include basic nutrition information, learning to become aware of hunger cues, recipe modification and to learn to practice compassion with regard to their food choices and themselves. Handouts, recipes and resources will be provided as well. These tools can be used at home, work or away and with practice will help replace unhealthy habits with beneficial ones.
