Councilman Patel, Retired Scientist, Shows Students The 'States of Matter'
Yorktown councilman Vishnu Patel, a retired IBM scientist, works with students on "States of Matter."
Yorktown councilman Vishnu Patel, a retired IBM scientist and , worked with middle school students today to show them how liquids, gasses and solids behave with changes in temperature.
He visited Paradiso’s 8th grade science class at  and in one of his demonstrations he showed how liquid nitrogen can turn a rose petal into a brittle object.
