Educators who have completed all of the requirements for a doctorate in education except for the dissertation may be interested in a new program offered by Manhattanville College in partnership with the Center for Educational Leadership at Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES.

The first cohort of the new program is enrolling now, with classes to begin in September. Participants will have the opportunity to complete a traditional five-chapter dissertation or three publishable article manuscripts. In addition, professionals enrolled in the program must complete 30 credits in a blended program comprising two on campus summer sessions and online, synchronous courses.

To be eligible for the program, educators must have completed all other coursework no more than 10 years ago in a fully accredited doctoral program. If interested, please contact Renee Gargano, program developer for the Center for Educational Leadership, at rgargano@pnwboces.org.
