Working Families Party Announces Endorsements of Yorktown, Somers Candidates

Westchester County Working Families Party leaders have announced several endorsements for the county wide and local races, including Yorktown and Somers. 

In the local races, the Party is endorsing Christine Robbins for Somers Supervisor; Christopher Foley and Harvey Kriedberg for Somers council.

In Yorktown, Richard Campanaro has received the endorsement for Yorktown council, alongside Vishnu Patel for council member and Thoman Diana for Yorktown highway superintendent. 

"The Working Families Party is an independent, progressive party that fights for every day New Yorkers," according to a press release. "WFP evaluates the records of all the candidates and supports only those who stand up for working-class and middle-class families on issues like good jobs, affordable healthcare, fair taxes and quality schools."

In the County Legislature District 1 race, the Party has announced its endorsement of Duane Jackson. 

The county-wide endorsements include:

County Executive: Noam Bramson

County Clerk: Tim Idoni
