A 46-year-old Yorktown Heights woman is facing criminal charged in Yorktown for stealing merchandise from a department store, police said.
The woman was arrested on July 3 after she exited Sears with $57.95 worth of items without paying for them, police said. She was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
The woman was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Aug. 6.
