Yorktown Woman, 31, Damages Family Member's Vehicle

A Yorktown woman is facing a felony charge after she damaged a family member's vehicle, Yorktown police said. 

Andrea DiGenno, 31, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. 

Police were assigned to investigate a domestic dispute incident on Elizabeth Road on Nov. 5. Police allege the woman damaged her family member's vehicle on Oct. 29, causing $1,000 worth of damages.

DiGenno voluntarily appeared at Yorktown police headquarters on Nov. 5 when she was processed. She was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.

DiGenno was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Thursday, Nov. 8.
