A 45-year-old Yorktown Heights resident is due in Putnam Valley Town Court March 25 to answer charges of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
State police in Cortlandt said the man was arrested after police stopped him at 10:34 p.m. March 18 for an equipment violation on the car he was driving.
He provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .11 percent, police said.
