A 46-year-old Yorktown man faces a drunk driving charge after a trooper stopped him for speeding in the town of Somers, state police said.
Michael Chapins was allegedly doing 104 mph on his motorcycle in a 45 mph zone on Wednesday. He was stopped at about 11:15 p.m. on Route 118 and was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated.
