Yorktown Cops: Bronx Man, 18, Punches Out Dormitory Window

An 18-year-old Bronx man is facing criminal charges in Yorktown for breaking a dormitory window, police said. 

The man, whose name police did not release, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. 

He was arrested on June 12 after police were summoned to Phoenix Academy in Shrub Oak where staff said he had punched out a dormitory window.

The man was released to Phoenix Academy staff and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on July 16.
