Two Men Arrested for Breaking Victim's Nose During Attack in Somers

A Mohegan Lake and a Mahopac man, both 21 years old, were arrested for breaking the nose and causing lacerations to another man's head and ear as a result of an attack, Somers state troopers said.  

The two men were arrested on Dec. 16 at 12:30 a.m. and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor; as a result of a physical altercation that took place at a Mahopac Avenue home in the town of Somers. 

"The victim of the assault sustained a broken nose and lacerations to his head and an ear as a result of the attack," state troopers said. "He was transported to Northern Westchester Hospital for treatment of his injuries."

Both men were scheduled to appear in Town of Somers Court on Dec. 16.
