New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested a 23-year-old Shenorock resident for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle she was operating for speeding at 2 a.m. June 14. Investigation revealed that she was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
She provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .10 percent and was issued traffic tickets ordering her to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on June 27.
