Police: Yorktown Man was Trespassing in Vacant Somers Home

New York State Police in Somers arrested a 48-year-old from Yorktown Heights, NY, for Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree at 2 a.m. June 18. 

SP Somers Troopers were dispatched to a possible burglary in progress complaint at a residence on Crest Drive in the Town of Somers.   

Subsequent investigation revealed the man to be in the vacant residence without authorization.  He was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Somers Court on June 23, 2014, at 5:30 p.m.
