Police: Two Teens Charged with Johnny's Deli Burglary

have charged two Bronx teens in connection to the burglary of a Yorktown deli.
Tyriek Hatch, 18, and Marquis Ross, 16, were reported to had run away from the Phoenix Academy in Yorktown, which is a facility for troubled boys. Police said they suspected the teens for the alleged crime.
Following an investigation, the teens were arrested on Tuesday and charged with third-degree burglary, a felony.

The owner of , located on Crompond Road, reported to police at about 7 a.m. on July 31 that someone had broken into his business through a second story window.
Both defendants were taken to the Westchester County Jail when they couldn't post bail, which was set to $15,000 for Hatch and $10,000 for Ross. They were scheduled to appear in on Aug. 2.
