A 26-year-old Cortlandt Manor man, whom police stopped for driving "erratically," is accused of driving drunk, said.
Richard Nover was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a BAC greater than .18, misdemeanors, and the traffic infraction of failure to keep right.
The man was stopped on Baldwin Road in Yorktown on April 21 at about 3 a.m. According to police, the defendant was allegedly driving his vehicle erratically and further investigation revealed he was allegedly drunk.
Nover was released to a third party and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on May 22.
